WABA Directories

Directory of Experts

WABA in partnership with UNICEF is compiling a Directory of Experts or Specialists in the field of breastfeeding and appropriate infant feeding issues

The aim of this directory project is to make available updated information about individuals who are experts on breastfeeding and appropriate infant feeding issues for the purpose of consultancies, resource persons for training, keynote and plenary speakers, workshop facilitators, etc.

The resource pool will reflect expertise from all regions in a wide range of areas and issues related to the protection, promotion and support of breastfeeding and appropriate infant feeding practices. It will also include experts in other areas of specialisation (such as information management, graphic design, organisational management skills, popular mobilisation, information technology, publication production, etc.) who are involved in the breastfeeding movement.

The entries of the Directory of Experts will be stored in WABA's database and will NOT be posted on the website. The information will be made available on request and interested parties will be directed to appropriate respondents. Please note that inclusion of names in this Directory does not in anyway guarantee consultancy jobs.

If you wish to be listed in this inaugural edition of the Directory of Experts , please fill in the questionnaire and send it to the WABA Secretariat .
